MEMBERS FACILITIES BOOKING RULES & REGULATIONS

The Racquet Games Facilities comprise badminton courts, squash courts, table tennis courts and tennis courts which are available to members and their guests.

The facilities are open from 7.00 a.m to 11.00 p.m daily, unless otherwise determined by the Management from time to time. The Management may, at any time, close the facilities for any reason whatsoever.

All courts may be booked on an hourly basis between 7.00 a.m to 10.00 p.m daily. Booking may be made in person at the reception counter or over the telephone during operating hours.

Bookings may be made up to three (3) days in advance. Any cancellations must be done at least six (6) hours prior to the booking slot.

Any member who fails to fulfil their bookings for three (3) consecutive occasions or more will be barred from making any further bookings for a continuous period of one (1) calendar month.

Players must vacate the courts when their session ends. Extension of booking may be made at the reception counter.

Members are required to register their guests at the reception counter prior to their game, failing which members will be charged twice the amount of guest fees payable.

Guests must be accompanied by members. A guest is not allowed to play in the absence of the introducing member.

Children below twelve (12) years old are not allowed to use any of the facilities except under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

Appropriate attire should be worn on the courts at all times, such as T-shirts with sleeves, shorts, socks and shoes with non-marking soles. Singlets, cut-offs, and shoes with studs, spikes or black soles (e.g. jogging shoes) are not permitted.

Sports equipment which is not approved by the Management is not permitted to be used in the courts.

No smoking, eating or drinking is permitted on the courts.

Lessons may be conducted by the Club’s qualified and authorised coaches and/or instructors only. Lessons fees must be paid at the reception counter prior to the commencement of lesson and any cash payment to the coach or instructor directly is prohibited.

The Club or the Management shall not be liable for any death, injury or damage whatsoever caused to a member or guest arising from the use of the facilities.
