RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Food & Beverage and Hall Rental Deposit are non-returnable and non-refundable.

A return and/or refund of the product are/is only allowed under the following circumstances:

F&B

  • The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged by our chef.

Rental Hall

  • The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged by our chef.

For F&B, the return and/or refund request must be submitted on that day sold out.

The return and/or refund procedures are as follows:

  1. For F&B please Call or WhatsApp our Operation Manager at 012-4881778 to request for return and/or refund and for Rental Hall purpose contact our Marketing Manager at 012-3367894 for reference.
  2. After receiving your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
  3. Please inform us the proof of the case through WhatsApp.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will process your refunds of the product cost and postage within 7 to 14 business days.
