RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All food & beverage and events space rental deposits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

A return and/or refund of the product is only allowed under the following circumstances:

F&B

  • The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged by our chef.

Events Space Rental

  • The product has been confirmed as defective and/or damaged by our Sales & Events Team.

For F&B, the return and/or refund request must be submitted on the day it is sold out.

The return and/or refund procedures are as follows:

  1. For F&B, please call or WhatsApp our F&B Executive at 011-2617 9794 to request a return and/or refund, and for events space rental purposes, contact our Sales & Events Manager at 012-218 1907 for reference.
  2. After receiving your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
  3. Please inform us of the proof of the case through WhatsApp.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will process your refunds of the product cost and postage within 7 to 14 business days.
